
This morning, Senior students ate breakfast, practiced for graduation and left the high school for a tour of schools in the district.






Mrs. Bushmeyer with a little help from friends created a Scavenger Hunt for students this week. One hundred pictures of Dr. Pummill during various stages of his life were scattered around the building for students to find and return to Mrs. Bushmeyer for a chance to win a prize.



The Teaching Pathways class is wrapping up their observations this semester, but not before they expressed their gratitude to partnering teachers. Students in this class complete observations in various classrooms throughout the district including special education, elementary, middle and high school. This program would not be successful without the support of our classroom teachers!



Foods II students ended their baking unit with an inner-class competion to showcase their skills and creativity. Olive Jepson (10), Taylia Zechmann (10), and Cory Camuso's (10) raspberry-chocolate cake with orange zest buttercream was the winner selected by WHS staff who judged with creations.

Arts Showcase on Wednesday, May 7th from 6 to 8 pm


WHS Environmental Club students participated in a sustainability event at UCM. They showcased different types of fabrics and the sustainability rating of each type of fabric. They also provided information on why it is important to choose more sustainable practices. In addition, they provided an opportunity for other high school students to learn about fabric sustainability as well.

Students in 9th, 10th, and 11th grade need to take their laptops to Academy on Tuesday, April 22nd for a software update for EOC testing.
